Between Dog Owner and Peach's Pals Ltd

Dogs will only be accepted into Peach’s Pals daycare upon passing a successful suitability assessment. Dogs will need to be assessed for a minimum of 3 hours. £15 assessment for 5 hours.

Upon requesting assessment and subsequent daycare within Peach’s Pals, owners understand that Peach’s Pals at any point retains the right to cease any agreement should the dog demonstrate behaviours that threaten the wellbeing of staff, other dogs, themselves or unduly alters the environment for other dogs.

Female dogs cannot attend Peach’s Pals when in season.

We are happy to accommodate entire males, providing they are not aggressive.

We cannot accommodate dogs with aggression issues towards other dogs or people, and subject to the rules of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

Owners understand that whilst in daycare, dogs will be off lead and relatively free to roam and play with others within a secure daycare environment.

Owners are to provide Peach’s Pals with the dog’s vaccination records and microchip number. You confirm that your dog is microchipped, and you have provided the microchip number on your booking form.

We strongly recommend dogs are vaccinated against Kennel Cough. Vaccinated dogs can still catch kennel cough, although symptoms will be less severe. Peach’s Pals cannot accept any responsibility if your dog contracts Kennel Cough.

Sick and/or ill dogs should not attend daycare.

You confirm on entry that your dog has not been ill with any contagious diseases/conditions within the last thirty days and has received all necessary treatments and vaccinations.

If your dog becomes severely unwell or injured, we retain the right to take your dog to our emergency vet practice.

Peach’s Pals Ltd cannot accept responsibility for the death, injury or illness of your dog. These circumstances are outside the reasonable control of Peach’s Pals. It is our recommendation that you should insure your dog.

 

Should your dog become deceased whilst in our care, your dog will be taken to Sandbeck Veterinary Centre (Wetherby) and will be held awaiting your instruction.

Puppies that are fully vaccinated can attend daycare provision at Peach’s Pals, having passed a settling assessment.

It is the client’s responsibility under the control of the Dog’s Act 1992 to ensure that, at all times your dog wears a collar and tag bearing your surname, address and contact information.

Clients agree that dogs can be photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. Images and footage may be shared on our website and social media. If you do not wish for this, please let us know.

You understand that Peach’s Pals current charges are an intitial £15 assessment for 5 hours, and then £25 per full day, £15 per half day or £112.50 full time week. Peach’s Pals reserves the right to review charges periodically. Please note, failure to pick up on time for half day will result in 1 full day rate being charged.

Clients understand that dogs that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of £10.

Peach’s Pals’ opening hours are 7:30am-6:00pm. Late pick-ups will incur a charge of an additional £5 per 15 minutes late.

Clients must book within at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. We may not be able to accommodate those who book on the day if we are at full capacity.

Clients understand that they must keep Peach’s Pals informed with all current contact and emergency details.

 

A password needs to be provided should a person unknown to Peach’s Pals be sent to collect a dog. We reserve the right to contact owners to check authenticity of collector’s unknown to us. If in doubt, dogs will not be released.

Peach’s Pals requests that, where possible, dogs are only booked in when you have a firm commitment to that day/session.

Dogs in full daycare will be taken for a morning walk (unless instructed otherwise). Half day dogs do not benefit from a walk. Extra walks can be planned at an additional cost to the owner. There will be no more than 2 dogs per person on a walk.

Peach’s Pals will work with your instruction on your dogs. If to be fed during the day, the owners are to provide food and instruction.

Owners should ensure Peach’s Pals knows of any special requirements for your dogs including allergies/medication.
